Frequently Asked Questions

To help you with the best event you can have with Old Fashioned Events, we have answered some of the most frequently asked questions we get when hosting events. If your question isn’t answered here, please contact us for more information.

How long do you need to set up the bar?

Set up takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Pack up is the same.

Do you supply the whisky for the events?

We don’t supply the whisky, it’s BYO, however we can make recommendations.

Do we keep the whisky left over at end of the event?

You will always keep what is left after pack down of the event as it has been purchased by you as BYO.

Are there any extra costs with the packages?

Package prices may vary in price depending on numbers booked for the event.

Can we have whisky cocktails?

Whisky cocktails are available on the The Rocks (3 hour) and The Old Fashioned (5 hour) packages only.
